Refund policy

The studio of Hunter Savoy reserves the right to not issue returns on any items purchased through the online shop. Due to the nature of each piece being made to order, hand built, and individually produced, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If there is a change you’d like to make within your order, you have *24hrs* after placing the order to do so. After *24hrs*, the order will begin to be processed at which point in time no changes can be made.

Refit & Repairs

The studio is currently not offering refittings, resizing, or repairs due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in an effort to keep our studio as safe as possible*. If in the case that your harness does not fit perfectly, the piece can be sent to the studio for resizing. Prior to the piece being sent, the studio & the client will agree on the cost of labor for the refit. The studio only offers repairs if the piece itself arrives defective or damaged upon arrival. The studio is not responsible for shipping costs for refit or repair pieces. Do not send any packages to the studio without prior contact to discuss protocol, any packages sent to the studio with warning will be returned immediately & without question. To request a refit or repair email studio@huntersavoy.com.
